Introductory Series Tuesday March 2nd A progressive introduction to the basic techniques of Aikido, including breathing exercises, basic footwork and safe falling. No prior experience necessary. Pre-registration encouraged. Introductory classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, regular classes meet seven days a week.
