resilient, unbreakable. The plum blossom is hardy, fragrant, and elegant.

Introductory Series Tuesday March 2nd
A progressive introduction to the basic techniques of Aikido, including
breathing exercises, basic footwork and safe falling. No prior experience
necessary. Pre-registration encouraged. Introductory classes meet
Tuesdays and Thursdays, regular classes meet seven days a week.

Order your 2010 monthly wall calendar featuring photos from classes and
seminars held at ACV. All proceeds to benefit our Samurai Youth Program,
providing scholarships to youth and teens who wish to practice Aikido. $15
each, or 2 for $20. (please contact us to reserve your calendars. If
ordering by mail, please include $5 shipping and handling in your check or
