ACV Kids on Aikido

I like aikido because it teaches me to solve conflicts. In aikido I learn techniques, how to fall and meditate. In the book Aikido, I like the story that tells how O'Sensei does a kiai and knocks ten people down. I think I will do aikido for my whole life.

I like a lot of different sports, but aikido requires the most discipline. I need to be serious, but I have fun at the same time. I learn something different every time I go to class.

I was very nervous when I did my first test. I thought it was going to be much harder than it was. When I found out I had made it I felt very proud of myself.

I will try to get to a black belt and soon it will fade to a white belt because you can always learn something new.
