Children: For children ages 7 - 12. These classes integrate Aikido techniques, Aikido-related games and methods to resolve conflict without using violence. Intermediate Children's classes are for teens and kids who have progressed in their Aikido training beyond the scope of the regular kid's class.
Introductory: These classes are structured for students new to Aikido. Emphasis is on ukemi (falling), physical conditioning and basic techniques.

All Levels: All level classes are faster paced. New students with less than one month of experience should ask for permission to attend these classes.
